Founder
Julian Charbel Jubran is a visionary entrepreneur, internationalist, and legal professional, and the Founder and Owner of JCJ Global—one of the leading study-abroad agencies serving students from the MENA region across more than 12 countries, including Italy, Spain, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, South Korea, and Japan.
He began his career within the United Nations framework, contributing to initiatives linked to ECOSOC, where he developed a strong belief in education as a driver of global opportunity and social mobility. With a background in law and a Master’s in Innovation, Julian combines strategic thinking with a modern, student-focused approach to international education.
Recognizing the lack of structured pathways for students exploring their academic future, Julian pioneered tailored Gap Year programs that empower students to make informed decisions about their studies. This success led to the expansion of JCJ Global to support undergraduate and postgraduate pathways.
His experience as Head of the Arab Division at a leading private university in the Middle East further strengthened his understanding of university systems and student needs. By bridging the gap between student aspirations and institutional requirements, Julian developed a unique, strategic perspective that continues to define his work. His combined experience—spanning international policy, legal expertise, innovation, and leadership within higher education—drives his mission to simplify complex educational systems and empower students to navigate them with confidence and clarity.
